Personalised jewellery takes a little longer than normal. We need to design the layout and then craft this to your specification. We estimate this can take between 2-4 weeks, plus delivery.

We aim to dispatch within same day before 2pm. Delivery can take 1-2 business days via our standard shipping method. During busy periods, it may take up to 24 hours to dispatch. Please note, personalised jewellery or pre-orders can take up to 2-4 weeks.

In the unlikely event that you don't like your product, we are happy to offer a full 30 day returns policy. Please note, we cannot offer refunds on any of our personalised jewellery as this is custom made to order. We do not offer refunds on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

All of our jewellery comes with a one year warranty. Please see our quality promise and warranty page for more information.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges can be done and processed by emailing prior to returning your item.

If your return has been accepted by our team, and you have posted your item back, a refund will be processed 2-3 business days on receipt of your returned products. This may take up to 5 working days for your bank or payment processor to process this. If you have not received a refund, please contact our team.

If you have not received your products, please do not worry! There are multiple reasons which can cause delays. If you have not received your products after 10 business days, please get in touch with our team. We'd be happy to help!

Orders can usually be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. However, we prioritise speed at Larosa, and make it our mission to prepare and dispatch goods as fast as possible to get them in our customers hands quicker. If your order has been processed for dispatch, we cannot guarantee that this can be cancelled. Please note, if personalised orders have already gone into production, we might not be able to cancel your order.

If an order has not been processed, we can usually change an address. If this has been processed or dispatched, we are unable to change a delivery address. Please contact our courier to redirect your parcel.
