With all our jewellery, we promise quality. If your piece isn't 100% perfect, we haven't done our job.
We promise quality not only with our jewellery, but the whole experience of being a Larosa customer.

What we offer

We offer a full one year warranty. The warranty applies to all Larosa products that have been directly purchased from Larosa. It covers any material or manufacturing defects under normal use during the Warranty Period.

What our warranty does not cover

– General wear and tear and improper handling.
– Watch battery depletion or damage to watch battery by incorrect usage or accidents.
– Scratches, broken glass, dents or chips.
– Damages caused by repairs, or adjustments carried out by a third party.
– Water damage.
– Lost or stolen parts.
– Fading, discolouration or deterioration.

Within the Warranty Period, if the item is proven to be defective by Larosa, in material or manufacturing under normal use, Larosa will provide a like for like replacement, at no cost to you. If your model is not available, an alternative of equal value or similar style will be provided. Any replacement item will be covered under a new Warranty Period from the date of issue. The Warranty is void if a valid proof of purchase is not provided.

01. Making Process

During the making process of our jewellery, we use only the best industry standard tools to ensure they are perfect.

02. Quality Control

We then pass this to our quality control team. If there are any problems with our jewellery, these are corrected before dispatch.

03. Final Check

Our jewellery has one final check before we package this up and it leaves us. If there are any issues on arrival, we replace this free of charge.
